Sports, Fitness and Skills Training Program

Children will have the opportunity within this sports, fitness and skills training program to enhance and develop their abilities in a range of different exercises,  incorporating the game sense approach.

Things such as ball games, fitness circuits and running games, allow children to improve their strength, agility, and resistance.

 

This program is inclusive of all ages and encourages kids to build up their skill sets to be able to participate in activities outside the class.
