Week 1:  Tuesday 12th to Thursday 14th January 2021

-Full-day Workshops 9:00am to 4:00pm

- Extended Hours 4:00pm to 6:00pm


Early Bird (Until 15th Dec 2020):

-Full day $110

After 15th Dec:

-Full day $120

- Extended hours $20

Book our school holiday program and redeem Creative Kids Voucher and pay as little as $20 for 1 day! 

>You will need to pay the workshop fees in full, 

>Once you get the confirmation email after your payment, follow the instructions and submit your voucher details in the link provided.

>We will redeem it and once we receive the $100 back from the Service NSW, we will refund you.

>All refunds will be processed by  30th January 2021 the latest.

  •  No refunds or exchange of dates after booking.

  • Avoid sending your child in his/her best clothes and shoes as they would get messy. Kids Circle does not take responsibility of any damaged clothes due to any activities performed at the centre.

  • Coronavirus: we are following the NSW Health Dept guidelines, and in the event of not being able to run the School Holiday Program and having to cancel it due to government restrictions, Kids Circle will refund the amount paid to us, excluding the transaction fee the client has paid to a third-party financial institution.   • All cooking ingredients and materials for all our workshops are included

  • Special knives for kids are sometimes used in cooking workshops.

  • Morning tea, Lunch and afternoon tea not provided. Please make sure your kids bring sufficient food for the day.

  • Kids Circle is a nut-free centre. Please explain to your children that for safety and health reasons, food must not be shared.

  • Kids to bring a labelled water bottle, closed shoes and hat (we might take them out to the garden area during breaks).

  • Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, no refunds or exchange of dates allowed.

  • We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop (e.g. due to insufficient registrations) in which case we will offer you an alternative workshop date or a full refund of all registration fees.

  • We reserve the right to vary the workshop's programme to deal with any unforeseen circumstances

  • Some workshops may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should only be considered illustrative.

  • Kids may be divided by age, however, we are flexible in case they want to be with their siblings, other family members or friends.
