At Kids Circle, we want to encourage kids to try new foods, equip them with valuable skills for life and show them how much fun cooking can be! And there is no better way than by involving them in preparing and cooking their own dishes under the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu certified Chef – our very own Chef Gene!
Working in groups, Gene’s young students will prepare different types of foods such as pastries, savoury and sweet, inspired by international cuisine. Our Le Cordon Bleu qualified Chef owns a successful catering company and has a passion for wholesome and sustainable cuisine.
Chef Gene will be teaching the budding chefs mixing and measuring techniques, kitchen etiquette and the correct use of kitchen tools. The kids particularly enjoy seeing his kitchen trips and tricks and learning different techniques as they explore a world of cooking and baking – ready to show you at home!
